Celery wasn't frequently used at home.But after coming to US,I have started recreating this recipe and my family has started liking too.Do give this a try if you like celery and enjoy with steamed rice !!

Ingredients
celery 250gm fine chopped
green peas 1/4cup
coconut grated 3tsp
onion 1 chopped
green chilli 5-6
ginger garlic paste 1tsp
lime juice 1tsp
turmeric powder 1tsp
pepper powder 1tsp
curry leaves
mustard
salt
oil 2tsp
Method
Wash and cut the celery in fine chopped .
Chop the onion,green chilli.
Place a nonstick pan.Pour oil and splutter mustard.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
Add the celery,sweet green peas,onion ,green chilli,coconut,curry leaves,turmeric powder and salt.
Cook for 5-7mts covered.
Add pepper powder and lime juice.
Stir until dry.
