Spinach is a real good source of iron. When added to gram flour and made into hot pakoras, they taste delicious, with a hot cup of tea, especially when it's raining outside. They are a good way to sneak in greens for kids.Love to have this crispy snack with some hot tea in the monsoon weather. Try and enjoy !!
