Banana Pudding with Vanilla wafers

Holiday time is a mood for all desserts and puddings..So,here comes a delicious banana pudding from scratch and with vanilla wafers it tastes great !!Am sorry about the picture ,I could not get an apt one as the platter in which I set the pudding was not glass tray and so couldnot get the proper layering photos!!All ripe bananas in and your pantry is clean with no drooping bananas around.Kids will definitely love this..

Ingredients
Banana 2
vanilla wafers 1 packet
all purpose flour 3 tbsp
milk 2 cups
vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
egg yolk 4
sugar 1/2 cup
Chocolate syrup 1 tsp (optional)

Method

-Whisk the egg yolk and stir in the milk.
-Mix the all purpose flour in 1/4 cup of  milk, add into the remaining milk mix.
-Boil the milk and wait till the mix thickens to a pudding like consistency.(takes 10 mins)
-Put off the flame and add in the vanilla extract.
-Layer a tray with vanilla wafers and then sliced bananas.
-Add the pudding on top after cooling ,alternate it with another layer of vanilla wafers ,sliced bananas till you reach the top.
-Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve the pudding with chocolate syrup topping or JLT!!
