Waking up after a dull afternoon nap with black clouds all around and rain drizzling ,you feel like munching pakoras or roasted peanuts or any fritters or having a cup of hot soup to refresh the mood as well as to enjoy the rains from the window side.I like admiring the beauty of nature sitting idle when its raining.Back to memories, during hostel days we used to sit out and enjoy the rains..some even play the music and start off with the rain dance..miss those days!!
Anyways, back to recipe..This is a recipe on a rainy day here ~ Onion bhajis /fritters.I have made these many a time but usually I take the chick peas flour to prepare this.Thats a common recipe known to all .This time for a change I took the combination of wheat flour, rice flour and corn flour and tried. They tasted better than the chickpeas flour combination.Try n check out this recipe!!
Ingredients
onion 2 medium sized sliced thick
wheat flour / all purpose flour 1/2 cup
corn flour 1/3 cup
rice flour 5 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
chilly powder 1/2 tsp

-Dip the onion slices into it.
