I have been using my waffle maker once in a fortnight as its a handy gadget in kitchen to whip up a quick breakfast. But clicking pics for breakfast is the most toughest job that I can ever do.I love trying healthy waffles unlike the basic recipe of waffles. These waffles were experimented during the lent period and I actually forgot to make it again until recently. This is a super easy recipe to put together and an eggless one too.Wheat flour does make the waffles denser than all purpose flour ones(maida) like the wheat flour cakes but if you are not keen to use whole wheat flour then go ahead and use all purpose flour alone.Try these if you have a waffle maker and enjoy a healthy breakfast or make as an after school snack for kids.
